Awesome Easy Garlic Chicken

by Shannon on April 22, 2012

I was looking for a new recipe tonight and came across this recipe. It’s a new family favorite. My 18 month old daughter gobbled it down as did my pure-blooded Italian husband. The best part for was how easy it was to make. Took me about 5 minutes to prepare and it cooked up in about 25 minutes. I only used 2 skinless chicken breasts which is more than enough for the 3 of us. I made some baked sweet potatoes and french cut green beans with almonds for sides. It was delicious!

Easy Garlic Chicken

  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
